摘要:
 本文通过在不同体系电解液中对SJDM-1稀土镁合金进行微弧氧化,在其
表面制备出耐蚀性好的白色陶瓷膜,用正交实验法对硅酸盐和铝酸盐溶液体系的
微弧氧化电解液配方进行优化,确定其最佳工艺条件参数。将着色剂加入到基础
电解液体系中,利用微弧氧化技术在镁合金表面获得了不同色度的深色陶瓷膜。
实验结果表明:膜层色泽的差Cube neodymium magnet别主要是由主盐和着色剂的不同所引起,在不同基础
电解液中加入相同着色剂所得膜层颜色不同,在相同基础电解液中加入不同着色
剂所得膜层颜色也不同。不同的电解液对膜层有不同的着色效果,陶瓷膜的色泽
主要是由氧化膜中所形成的金属氧化物及其盐类的结构所决定的。通过条件实验
分析了着色剂浓度、频率、占空比、电压对深色陶瓷膜层Cube neodymium magnet性能的影响规律。通过
SEM、XRD、膜层测厚仪和点滴实验、盐雾实验等对膜层性能进行表征,XRD分析结
果表明硅酸盐体系中制备的陶瓷层相组成主要为MgO、ZnO、Mg_2SiO_4和Mg_
(14)(SiO_4)_5O_4;铝酸盐体系中制Cube neodymium magnet备的陶瓷层相组成主要为MgO、MgAl_2O_4、
ZnO等。深色陶瓷膜的能谱图中检测到着色元素,说明着色物质沉积在膜层之中。

  Distributed power generation takes pressure off electric transmission infrastructure and has many benefits, such as low emissions, fuel flexibility and high efficiency. The high speed permanent magnet (PM) machine has very important application in the distributed power system for its high speed, small size, high efficiency and power density and it could be used in many other applications such as compressor, energy storage flywheel, and so on.Rotor design is the key of high speed machine. Due to the simple structure and high energy density of PM rotor, it is the first choice of high speed machine. Its weakness can’t be avoided. The PM is not able to withstand large centrifugal force Cube neodymium magnet  and must be encapsulated in some high-strength material. And the PM material may be easily demagnetized in high temperature. So with the PM rotor, the reluctance rotor has the characteristics of easier manufacture, simpler craft and lower cost. It could work in high speed. So the research of reluctance machine is also meaningful.Firstly, three machines: doubly salient permanent magnet motor (DSPM), PM doubly fed reluctance generator, and doubly fed reluctance generator are analyzed. The principle and control modes of these three machines are analyzed and the mathematic modes are studied in the paper. DSPM are applied in motor. PM doubly fed reluctance generator and doubly fed reluctance generator are mainly used in high speed generator.Then the 2D finite element models of the PM rotor and reluctance rotor had been built up, the mechanical strength analysis is engaged and the stress distribution in the them http://www.chinamagnets.biz/ are obtained. The analysis provides a foundation for the rotor’s safety operating.At last, the loss and the electro-magneto characters of the PM machine and the reluctance machine are obtained by the combination of the field and circuit method.
