Research on BLDCM Control System
Permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has been widely used in various fields, for it is provided with a lot of advantages such as reliability, high energy density, high efficiency and its simple structure. Nowadays energy consumption draws the attention of the world, therefore, the brushless DC motor, with its ever growing value in high efficiency, has become the focus of research. This paper mainly focuses on the project of the speed regulation of brushless Neodymium Magnets DC motor and the controlling strategy of the sensorless brushless DC motor in particular.Firstly, this paper summarizes the trends and developments of the brushless DC motor, and introduces its structure and working principle. Then in light of the mathematical model, the Matlab simulation model of brushless DC motor is established. The dynamic properties in different operating conditions are also studied.On the basis of the study of modern control algorithm and conventional PID control method and the concrete practice of projects, this paper proposes a variable parameter intelligent PI control algorithm. It is applied to the control of the brushless DC motor on the speed link, solving the http://www.999magnet.com/products/110-sintered-neodymium-magnets contradiction between rapidity and overshoot of the conventional PID control and obtaining perfect characteristics of rapid response, non-overshoot and no steady-state errors. In addition, such algorithm is simulated with Matlab, and the good effect of controlling is obtained.This paper researches on the checking of the position of rotor of sensorless brushless DC motor and strategies of the motor’s starting and commuting. Then simulation model of the sensorless brushless DC motor is established. And based on DSP the paper designs the brushless DC motor control system.
