  Research on the Electric-Motorcycle Controlling System Based on the ST7FMC
  In recent years, the waste gas from the gasoline-automobiles has caused severe pollution problems in cities, and people’s living standard and consciousness of environmentalism have been improved. So, it’s more and more important to develop the so called "green-automobiles". Considering our country’s status, to develop the electric-cycle will be helpful to solve the pollution problem.With the enhancing driving-motor technology and power devices technology, the Neodymium Magnets control system developed quickly. But nowadays, most of the electric-cycle products in the markets adopt low-integration degree devices in their control system. The problem is that the function of these devices is too simple to fully utilize the system’s potential and to solve some specific but meaningful control questions.
  In this project, ST7FMC-an ST-series MCU product of ST company has been used to design the electric-motorcycle controlling system with low-cost and good-controlling performance .And the following works have been presented in this project:Firstly, the characteristic of the system’s driving source-the BLDC- has been analyzed based on the mathematical model. Furthermore, the controlling strategy has been designed in detail based on the characteristic of the ST MCU. This part includes the following works: in order to guarantee the velocity modulation’s performance and the current sampling’s precision, a double loop control for current and velocity has been adopted and the control strategy is realized by the software using PI algorithm ;in order to get the accurate velocity calculation, an inherent register has been used; in order to get the correct average phase current ,the http://www.999magnet.com/products/110-sintered-neodymium-magnets method of measuring the instantaneous value of the DC link current during the middle of PWM on time has been used ; in order to drive the MOSFET full-bridge inverted circuit, the high-performance driving-IC IR2136 has been used; and a new‘convex-wave’controlling method has been adopted as the driving method.At last, an experimental electric-motorcycle has been setup and making the observations outside.From the work which has been done in this project, the conclusion can be drawn that the electric-motorcycle controlling system based on the ST MCU has the virtues of high performance and high reliability. This paper presented an experimental base for the further research.
