  Research on Simulation Environment of AC Servo System
  With the rapid development of electron and computer technology, AC servo system, which is the foremost system of electric servo systems, has already developed to full-digital. AC servo system needs servo programs to support its closed-loop feedback control. For the program’s quality affects the whole control system’s performance directly, so the program should be tested strictly and repeatedly. However, the present method of program testing depends on hardware entirely. This method leads to a long developing circle and are inefficient and costly, which make the AC servo product hardly to survive in the cruel market.To provide a kind of software testing magnetic materials environment and realize the system testing without hardware entirely, this dissertation present a new way, which is developing an AC servo system simulation and development environment. This software can recognize, parse and run the control programs. It also contains the controlled objects and the simulation modules of some other critical hardware so as to make the testing of programs independent of hardware. The main realization step are as follow, first pre-process the program code, and then pick up the effective information of the program. Subsequently use the information and call the modules of critical hardware and controlled objects to get the value of feedback variables which can be used in the next calculation. Finally, simulate the whole closed-loop feedback control system and output the results of simulation, which can be used by developers to judge the control performance.This paper has already finished the http://www.999magnet.com parts of program’s recognition and the simulation of programs’running process. Mathematical models of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) and Intelligent Power Module (IPM) have been built, too, including their solutions. The running process of the whole close-loop system has been realized primarily. And the realization method of the servo simulation system is reasonable and feasible, testified by the AC servo testing platform.
