Motor control technique is the synthesis apply of micro-electronics, power delectronic, sensor, permanent magnetic material, automatic control and microcomputor application techology. Simulating realization of motor control strategy is gradually dropping out of historical stage. Adopted modern means such as microprocessors, FPGA/CPLD, general-purpose computer and DSP control, digital control system are developed rapidly. Applied advanced algorithm, total digitization intelllgent control system will become heading of newer generation of motion control system design.
At present, the domestic research of open Neodymium Magnets NC system is still in its infancy, the structure of each adopted system is not consistent, but is to create one’s own system, so the systems are lack of compatibility and interchangeability by each other. Be aimed at the insufficient of above, the article mainly put motion controll system on microcontroller and special-purpose chip, matching with control software to accomplish the basic function of system, the software and hardware of system has flexibility and interoperability.Among the project we select NOVA electron corp. DSP control special-purpose chip MCX314, mixed with 8-bit high-speed microcontroller C8051F020 which produced by Cygnal company. High-integrated MCX314 can implement 4-axes 3-linkage and control location,velocity and acceleration. MCX314 can implement beeline and arc continuous interpolation, as well as position closed loop control.MCX314 bring control great convenience http://www.999magnet.com/products/110-sintered-neodymium-magnets because of its choice performance, simple interface, convenient programming and work reliably, can be applied to numerical control machine tool, robot, etc. In improving speed control and interpolation algorithm,adopt to mix up fuzzy control and neural network,which have improved controlling function.The task of main work includes:1. General scheme of the motion controller, and put forward after comparing domestic and foreign kindred products’functions.2. The testing software design of motion controll,including some basic performance functions and testing examples.3. Developing application software, acting the controller by transfer the corresponding function.4. Building debugged platform, making some fundamental tests on motion controller , verifying accuracy of software and hardware’s design.5. Researching a high performance velocity control arithmetic and interpolation algorithm based on fuzzy control and neural network.6. The summary of research result and empressing expects to prospect.
