  Matching Optimized Technique in AMT System of Off-road Vehicle is studied through the topic.The purpose is to realize the matching optimized between AMT and power transmission system of Off-road Vehicle. Consequently, it improves power performance and economy performance of Off-road Vehicle in all sorts of roads. the whole article includes four chapters.The first chapter is prolegomenon. the first of all, it magnetic materials summarizes the structure, work theory and development of AMT System, and analyzes the present status and development of domestic cross-country, points out that safety, environmental protection], comfort, economy of Off-road in lower level, in succession, puts forward the research method on the article. And analyzes the development status about power transmission in home and broad .in the end, it points out the research method and mostly content with the topic.The second chapter is to introduce power transmission of Off-road vehicle. The chapter is made detailed analysis to power transmission of Off-road vehicle. It is to match primary performance of AMT System of Off-road Vehicle in the following chapter.There are three parts in the dissertation. In the first part, it is studied experiment to electric ejecting gasoline engine performance of Off-road vehicle, through experiment, it is obtained velocity performance of engine, and acquired all performance curve of engine through calculation. thus it is more instructing significance to establish shift law http://www.999magnet.com and realize engine control. in the second, it is to study clutch diaphragm spring performance equipped with Off-road Vehicle by the numbers, such as burthen performance, torque transferring performance, abrasion performance and etc. it is studied to abruption performance , engagementperformance and abrasion performance of clutch through experiment. and obtained torque transferring performance of clutch by calculation. it is brief introduced to Self–Adjusting Clutch (SAC). Compare to the conventional clutch, the SAC has some advantage. it is used to replace the diaphragm spring, reduce the actuation force and lower the clutch size. so it is the group of constituting clutch control regulation and control strategy in AMT exploitation. Finally ,the feature of the transmission is simply illuminated through manipulating performance experiment. Its result is considered as radical parameters to study the perform institute.The third chapter is to analyze matching technique in AMT system of Off-road vehicle. Concept of coupling and matching for product design was expounded.
  Basic matching contents of vehicle power transmission system that include four type of matching of structure configuration , performance , control and strength rigidity were put forward. Finally, it is studied the matching technique of perform institute and control system in AMT system.In the first, matching the perform institute in AMT system is made up of Matching hydraulic perform institute and throttle perform institute. hydraulic perform institute is constituted with select-exchange perform institute and clutch perform institute. The structure of hydraulic perform institute is optimized by matching it’s structure dimension and flow. in the second, it is to match throttle perform institute. Experiment result as following:(1)in the course of start experiment, apply proper matching to clutch control and throttle control, start smoothly and rapidly.(2)in the course of shift experiment, shift time is lower, engagement clutch is smoother, shift quality is better.(3)in the course of acceleration experiment, shift time is lower, acceleration performance is better.(4)in the course of climbing and road experiment, automotive of Off-road vehicle is better.Accordingly, it is to make conclusion that the dynamic and automotive of Off-road vehicle is improved greatly.
