  磁悬浮平台的直线电机的电磁特性研究
  Magnetic suspension platform is a novel filed whose drive problemis a key point in this filed. The linear motor is the first choice for thedriver of the magnetic suspension platform because of its high reliability,advanced dynamic response and varying structural style. This paperresearched deeply on ironless moving coil linear permanent magnetsynchronous motor which used for driving the magnetic suspensionplatform, in the hope rubber magnetic sheet of offering gist for the control of this platform. Atlast, analyzed the air-gap magnetic field of three types of tubular linearPM motors. The main research contents of the paper are as follows:First, the analytical formulas are derived by distributed-currentmethod to determine the magnetic field due to PM. According to the lawof F=BIL, the formula to calculate the thrust of ironless moving coillinear PM synchronous motor is obtained. Then determined the staticcharacteristic of thrust to displacement.Second, the air-gap magnetic field of the ironless synchronous linearPM motors is analyzed with Ansoft Maxwell 2D Software pack. Based onthe research of air-gap magnetic, researched the static thrust of the linearmotor. Found out the thrust characteristics according to designparameters.Third, researched on the air-gap magnetic field of three http://www.chinamagnets.biz/rubber/rubber-magnetic-sheet.php types oftubular linear PM motors and find out the characteristics of air-gapmagnetic field each motor, which can be used to choose and design themover of the PM linear motor.Last,-tested air-gap magnetic field and flux leakage of the ironlesssynchronous linear PM motors. Compared the tested result with Maxwellanalysis result, verified the exactness of Maxwell analytic result.
