  The dissertation discusses the key-technology about a control system project which applied to a large power capacity rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor(BLDCM),designs the hardware and software of the BLDCM control system.The dissertation discusses the stepless speed-adjusting technic about torpedo drive motor, and the developing state of BLDCM .Considering the feature of the torpedo driver motor and the engineering application,we design.the system scheme, the hardware of BLDCM Then, analyzes the operational principles of BLDCM and the PWM speed-adjusting theory.Additional, analyze the operational theory of the 2-phase feed neodymium standard state up, all bridge star style 3-phase 6 states BLDCM system with 3 pair poles, then,set up the steady and dynamic mathematics model of BLDCM system.Basing on key-technology issues which are faced in the course of BLDCM control system,? torque ripple:we analyse the torque ripple due to the exchange phase and the effect of the pulse Width Modulation , we present a method to compensate torque ripple, which is directly faced torque ripple. (2) optimal commutation : we analyze the armature reaction that act up on air gap magnetic potential , the back electromotive force(BEF) of the phase windings http://www.999magnet.com/products/112-neodymium-standard-state and the optimal inversion position , and propose a new dynamic implement method . Based on the above research, we design the hardware of a control subsystem :such as PWM singal assistant circuit,BLDCM rotor position detect circuit.Based on the hardware design , we propose that the control-flow analysis, and main loop flow, and the DSP implementation method of the rotation speeds closed loop of PI controller, PWM mode, optimal versus logistic commutation ect. which use the TMS320LF2407A.
