  Analysis and Design of Motor Drivetrain of Hybrid Electric Vehicles Based on DSPF2407a
  Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) combine the advantages of conventional engine-driven vehicles and pure Electric Vehicles (EVs). This provides satisfied driving performance and lower exhaust emission. Thus, HEV is a feasible solution to solve the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems. Drive Motor being a main department of HEV, plays an important part in HEV development. So research and analysis on Drive Motor have a great significance.Cast Alnico Magnet The subject roots in a 863 major project of the country’s "Ten five" plan, named "Electronic automobile", which is a mixed power car project assumed by Chang’an automobile company.In this paper, the classification and associated characteristics of HEVs are firstly analyzed and discussed. And then, the configuration and operation modes of electric assist parallel HEVs are presented, in which both the weight and rate power of the drivetrain components are comprehensively considered.At first sets up PMSM math models, analyze and compare several kinds of current vector control methods, base on which arithmetic of the maximum power flux weaking are present. Current control strategies of PMSM are given.Then use the DSPF2407a of TM Company as the system controller, Mitsubishi IPM as the power module, and build the peripheral detection circuit of current and voltage, detection circuit of rotate speed\position, http://www.chinamagnets.biz/Alnico/Cast-Alnico-Magnet.php drive circuit and guard circuit to form the system. This system also has the interface for CAN Bus.In the CCS programming environment, use C languages and assembly languages to actualize the vector control, PID control, PWM, communication and so on.Test PMSM performance under different working states.By analysis the test result, we find that the system not only has the high quality, it also has the excellence of small size and light weight. The system fulfill the demand of the manufacturer, and can accomplish industrialization.
