  The Research of Phase-controlled Switch with Permanent Magnetic Operating Mechanism in Measure and Control Technology Based on DSP
  Nowadays, with the high-speed development of scientific, mass of high-powered electronic elements and control elements appeared. Their appearances create many new way to realize some control methods which were rather impossible before. This development is reflected to switch device field, and make the intelligent switch developing rapidly.This paper analyzes the neodymium magnets domestic and overseas actuality of phase-controlled switch which was the key technology of intelligent switch. And point out that applying permanent magnetic operating mechanism in vacuum switch is the just way to solve the problems like too much operating parts, low reliability etc. in switch system. Then brings up hardware structure of the measure and control system with phase controlled based on the analysis, which uses the digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and new digital signal controller device dsPIC30F6014A as core chip, and the complex programmable logic device as interface controller. This structure makes both measure and control function and phase-controlled switch function runs on proper hardware. In the hardware design, emphases anti-disturb and reliability design to reduce the affect of bad surroundings that switch works with. The power circuit, analog signal adjusting circuit, digital I/O interface circuit and watch dog circuit were all designed by this thought. And in the software design, the part of measure and control system planted uc/OS-II which is a multi-mission operation system with a real-time kernel on 2812 chip.
  The real-time kernel manages all of the missions to work more effective and improves the real-time and reliability of the system. On the other hand, in the software design of the part of phase-controlled switch, this paper introduces all aspects of the methods to realize phase-controlled switch technology in detail, Include sampling, FIR filter, communication between DSPs, system time scalar, zero-point gaining, action time of switch adjusting etc. Then it also does some helpful research of the reliability design of software, and uses some principles of it in this system’s software design.Though the simulation and experiment, the system was proved to be available and reliable, it achieved the target of designed. Some problems in software designing and debugging are summarized in this dissertation at last.
