Permanent magnetism actuator is a new generation vacuum circuit breaker mechanism. It obtains general attention because of its less components, high reliability, non maintenance and good match of power feature and reaction feature. These merits are not analogous by traditional mechanism. Permanent magnetism actuator is widespread applied at medium voltage breaker field in the world.Research object in the paper is single steady-state permanent magnetism actuator of 12kV Alnico magnets outdoor vacuum circuit breaker which has been applied at state electric grid. Chief characteristic of this paper is that against to practice products to proceed to profound research. Through finding reason and settle scheme, practice problem is settled. Products can be more reliable, more stable and more perfect.In this paper, researching the single steady-state permanent magnetism actuator switching current and the manually switch-on program about 12kV outdoor vacuum circuit breaker, when the switching current is large, the aim is to reduce it.
Counterforce and dynamic feature of permanent magnetism actuator with two kinds of drive modes are calculated and analyzed, and then calculation result is verified by test. To Analyze switch current of two drive ways in order to find a drive way that lab saving to reduce the switch current.
