  The thesis focuses on the control system of sensorless Contra-rotor permanent magnet brushless DC Motor. Its application foreground in Conta-rotor propulsion system will be wider.That has all advantages of the permanent magnet brushless DC Motor,such as high power density, good timing, high efficiency,simple structure, high reliability and easy maintenance.The difference between them is only that the magent part and the winding of the CRBLDC are rotoring at the same time. Alnico magnets Because the direction of the two part received electromagnetic torque is reverse all the time, the two part circumrotate in the reverse direction to a certainty.This paper introduce the advantage and application of Contra-rotor permanent magnet brushless DC Motor, and introduce the difference between the CRBLDCM and the permanent magnet brushless DC Motor. The basic elements and the operating principle of the control systemof CRBLDCM are analyzed in detail. The dynamic mathematic model of CRBLDCM is construct.Then we established the simulink model of CRBLDCM with the MATLAB/SIMULINK.Second the control system of CRBLDCM is researched that is composed of the speed and http://www.999magnet.com current close loop. In the double loop of control system, a PID controller based back propagation (BP) neural networks is adopted in the speed loop and a hysteresis current controller is adopted in the current loop.And the two control system is simulated with Matlab.On the basic of the simulation researches, the thesis designs sensorless BLDCM digital control system.
