This article was prepared by solid-phase of a new substrate materials: fluorine oxygen aluminosilicate (44SiO2-28Al2O3-17NaF-11YF3) double-doped Yb3, Ho3; Yb3, Er3; Yb3, Tm3 and three trichromatic phosphors doped Yb3 , Tm3, Ho3; Yb3, Tm3, Er3 white powder.
In Yb3, Ho3 system, green (541nm), red (648nm) Magnetic lifter are attributed to Ho3 ion 5S2 (5F4) → 5I8 and 5F5 → 5I8 level transition. In Yb3, Er3 system, green (521nm, 540nm) and red (668nm) are attributed to Er3 ions 4S3 / 2 (2H11 / 2) → 4I15 / 2 and 4F9 / 2 → 4I15 / 2 transition energy levels . In Yb3, Tm3 system, blue (480nm) and red (648nm) are attributed to the 1G4 → 3H6 Tm3 ions and the energy levels of IG4 → 3F4 transition. Research of rare earth ion concentration on the luminescence of the three discussed the upconversion mechanism. Combined analysis of light-emitting mechanism in double-doped yb3, Er3 system, effects of rare earth ions due to join the energy transfer process is cross reasons for the higher doping concentration.
In the three doped system, the study of rare earth ion concentration on the luminescence properties, focused on two systems, and energy transfer upconversion process mechanism.
