The Study on PMSM AC Servo Development Platform
  The AC servo system of PMSM is one new-style AC servo system made up of PMSM, modern electronic technique and control technique. Because of its good operation performance , it has become one of research hotspots in motion control nowadays. This paper stutys on AC servo development platform based on PMSM character.First, this paper Ball Neodymium Magnets analyzes the PMSM structure, movement principle and math model of PMSM, decribes the vector control coordinate and DTC. Accoreding to the problem in DTC, I apply a new DTC algorithm which makes the torque error as mapping of the on-time of inverter electrical switch.
  This new algorithm can achieve the output of any voltage space vector, inhance the control accuracy of torque, reduce the torque wave.Second, I do research on torque PI control algorithm, design a simulink model, do a simulation to this new algorithm with Matlab. The simulation result shows that this algorithm has the advantage of simple control way, fast torque response, small torque pulse, easy to achieve digital control and so on.Third, based on the analisis of TMS320LF2407 chip performance and character, I design the hardware platform of PMSM AC servo system, Ball Neodymium Magnets decribe the main function block.In the end, I develop the main bottom software block of AC driver, prepare the software for PWM, QEP, ADC blocks and speed calculation function. Pack the hardware platform in the way of library function. This strongly support the AC servo development later.
