Application of Permanent Magnetic Brushless DC Motor Based on DSC on the Control System of Elevator Door
  The graduation thesis’ main task is to complete the design and development of the control system of elevator door. The driving board of elevator door, which is successfully developed by the author, controls the permanent magnet brushless DC motor to run normally with the 16-bit digital signal controllers (DSC). In the end, it forms a high-performance servo system of the elevator door.In this thesis, first, the author introduces the various components and the running strong magnets curve of the control system of elevator door. Second, the author carries out a detailed analysis of BLDCM’s structure, principles and mathematical models.
  Third, the author optimizes the running curve of the elevator door and the design of the speed control system, in addition to establishes the motor simulation model. Fourth the author completes the hardware design of the elevator door’s system control board. Fifth, the author completes the software design of upper and lower computer of the elevator door system, and strong magnets simulates the motor running with MATLAB. Sixth the author completes the experiment, then analyzes and compares the results of each test content; Seventh, the author summaries and outlooks the whole thesis.Finally, the thesis showes a number of measures which should pay attention to the design of the hardware anti-jamming and software reliability of the system control board of elevator door.
