  Reserach and Implementation on Software System of the Multi-function Ultrasonic Tester for Nondestructive Test of Concrete
  The research in this paper is completed on the support of national communications construction scientific project in western region: The Research of Rare Earth Transducer and Related Bridge Nondestructive Testing Technologies (No. 200431881222). In order to not only improve running speed, reliability, facility of the testing device, but also identify and treat the ultrasonic data automatically, make the tester widely and efficient applied in various concrete structures, a Ball Neodymium Magnets software system of the new multi-function ultrasonic tester for nondestructive test of concrete is designed.The architecture and module function of the system are designed based on the requirement analysis of the software, which is according to the hardware structure, resting environment and user profile. The software system of the new multi-function ultrasonic tester for nondestructive test of concrete are consists of two parts. The first part is measurement and control software of the ultrasonic tester for nondestructive test of concrete. Friendly man-machine interface and Measures of fault tolerance were designed to reduce the harmful effects made by human error.Practical application shows that the software system has many virtues, such as high sample frequency, good real-time, big capacity of data storage and accurate calculation and so on.
